Group Interview
When you apply to become a HOWL you will be invited to the first interview. The group interview is to see how well potential hires work with others in a group setting.

Individual Interview
Onto the next round of interviews is the individual interview. A potential new hire will be invited to the SSC and interview with a current HOWL and professional staff member. Questions will be asked to get to know the student better on a one-on-one basis.
3
Group Interview
The third and final round of interviews is another group interview where potential hires work together as one and professional staff oversees their teamwork.
